You need to mention:
- The product name. - For eg, Mellow Relish.
- Quantity - (125g,250g,500g etc)
- Type of packaging - candy/hard/pouch box.
- When you want it delivered.
- Your name, delivery address and phone number for contact.
It would be helpful if you mention the occasion for the order but that is left to you.

The chocolates will arrive at your door-step within 4 days of order. Therefore, kindly order minimum 4 days prior to the delivery date. We use 'First Flight' Courier services for our transport service. Hence we are not responsible for any delay in delivery caused by unavoidable circumstances (natural disasters, climatic changes, government/declared holidays, strikes, poor weather conditions etc). For bulk orders, the number of days are extended, for which refer the 'Bulk Orders' page.
We assure you that our products are made from fresh produce, freshly made on an order basis. As we do not use stabilizers and preservatives, it is better to consume the chocolates as soon as possible or as per written on the delivery package. If you wish to save some for later, then you can store them in the refrigerator. They keep well for about 4 days chilled.
